In a word, convenience. Dimmitt Cadillac calls me when it is time to change my oil. They come to my office in the morning to pick up my car to do the service work and then return it back to my office when the work is completed. Always accommodating. Thank you for the no cost loaner. I came in with needing brakes, and oil change, and a mystery 'whooshing' sound upon acceleration. You repaired all, and the whooshing sound was due to low oil level. I felt that this was a perfect opportunity to make up an expensive repair, but you did not!
